क्रिप्टोकरेंसी पर प्रतिबंध और आधिकारिक डिजिटल मुद्रा विधेयक, 2019 (Banning of Cryptocurrency and Regulation of Official Digital Currency Bill, 2019) के ड्राफ्ट में यह प्रस्ताव है कि क्रिप्टोकरेंसी की खरीद-बिक्री करने पर 10 साल की जेल की सजा मिलेगी।
